When do we ever feel like it?
Because if I always waited
Until I was in the mood
I’d never get anything done
I always feel heavy resistance
Every day I get out of bed
Any time I try to take action
In any endeavor I begin
There’s a deep chasm that divides
The talkers from the doers
The losers from the winners
Those with regret and those without it
Passing through times of sickness
Or collapsing from exhaustion
Or after a day of rejection
When everything seems to go wrong
The talkers will wait one more day
Hoping their feelings will go away
While the doers are miles ahead
Unwilling to wait for that change
